I’m starting a mobile auto glass / windshield replacement business (solo operator) and trying to set everything up properly from the beginning.

I already have an existing business, so I can add this as a new service. I also have some dealer relationships lined up, so I’m mainly focused on building a solid, professional setup from day one.

I have about a $1,000 budget, but I don’t mind spending more for quality tools that will last. I want to avoid cheap starter kits that I’ll just end up replacing within a month.
