How do you deal with people who casually ask for referrals and even salary details like it’s nothing?

How do you usually handle this kind of people without sounding rude?

What I realized about myself after 10 years of working

I have been working for 10 years now. I do not think I am the smartest or the fastest learner. But I noticed one thing about myself.

I am very consistent when it comes to attendance and discipline. I rarely miss work and I am always careful not to be late. Even now that I work from home, I have never been late and I still stay focused during work hours.

I used to think being a slow learner is a weakness. But over time I realized that being present every day and staying consistent also matters a lot. Little by little, you still improve.
