Please help, need a credit card, car got towed
I had temporary plates on my car that expired, didnt have enough money to get plates at that moment so I had put my Dad's old plates on my car temporarily because I had to drive somewhere to do something important. I got pulled over, my car got towed. I'm 22, I have zero credit history so I can't take out a loan. The longer my car sits in that lot, the more expensive it is. I can't afford to let it sit for too long. It's already been two days, my goal is to get it by Saturday. I have an appointment for registration on friday. But that plus the fine I have to pay is my entire paycheck.
My question is, are there any credit card companies that will allow an instant use digital credit card? And would i be able to use it to pay for something like this in person, or is it only online purchases? I know Discover offers one, but im not sure if I need to already have an account with them and if it is possible to use the digital card in my Google wallet, to pay for things in person. And if that's not possible, is there any way for me to transfer credit card money to my bank or cashapp or anything really. I've heard its possible with some companies but there's a fee. I live in CT, not sure if different states have different rules for credit cards.
