CSR run around.

Trying to transfer points/status to Southwest and Marriott. Both missing my middle initial. I request name change from Chase. When they send Docusign the only number to ‘verify’ and even access documents is an old landline number that I haven’t had for a decade. I have called everyday for the past 5 days. Nothing.
My profile on mobile has been corrected to a single number but whenever they send the new link it still shows landline and I’m not able to verify to open the documents and submit a formal name change.

I need to use my points and benefits and I am closing this card after I use them all bc Chase has no answer on how to accomplish this task.
