Toa inspired by ugusu's hero frame

Added some trans neon orange, i want to add more but i feel like it could be over kill, also filled in the upper legs more. FINALLY got rid of the upper arm ccbs bone, now to just swap out all the axles and pins for black ones

Re-sized the leg and foot design as well as "armoring" the waist. I also had some ancient technic tubing i was able to work into to torso to fill some air, all while still retaining posability
