I have two strandbergs that I got used that didn’t come with magnets for the NX tool. One came without the tool altogether. I haven’t seen the magnets or the tools available for purchase on the website. I’m wondering if anyone knows where to buy magnets that would be the same/similar to the ones included with the tools, or where to get more of the tools? Thanks!
TL;DR: Possibly old Dunlop Tortex Pick, not a Jazz III, can’t identify.
My friend was convinced I gave her a pick at one point. I don’t remember it, and she sent me this picture. I can’t figure out what it is. It‘s more rounded than a Jazz III, but is definitely small like one. It’s far too round to be a J3, but it doesn’t look like any “teardrop” shaped pick I can find. I haven’t found anything similar on the Dunlop website even after digging for a while. The printing somehow looks “old”, I can’t tell you why other than the vibe of it. It also has no printing at all on the back, not just worn off, but none at all. Anyone have any idea what this is? My guess is an old variant of something that’s out of production.
