Is luck bugged?
I used luck 3 to open like 50+ chests but i barely even saw the effects. Idk if it even affected my sealed chests.

Help, my fleet wont spawn on islands and I cant recover their strength.
Their strength is at 25 and they say they need rest. Everything else is maxed out. But they wont spawn. I swear they spawned before at this point, but maybe not? Is this a soft lock bug? Do I need to dismiss a ship to fix this?

Before shipping the car over to California for its debut at the 'Quail' event during Monterey car week on august 14th. They took some photos at Isle of Anglesey in Wales for a photoshoot (this is one of many new photographs of the car, google drive download of other photos here).
The car is painted in 'Monterey Green'.

Checkout how my portals move.
The spinning portal only moves short distances and it takes a second for the middle to spin again. The less cool portal instantly transports and works for all ranges. The 2 step teleportation of the less cool portal doesn't usually happen, just lag.
