Spark Plugs

Hello everyone, I'm looking to ask around and make sure I'm not crazy...but I'm approaching 100k miles on my 2014 Dodge Challenger RT (manual 6 speed), so I wanted to change my spark plugs. I saw some recommendations that I should get the OEM ones. Sure, so I went to my dealership and was quoted $30 per spark plug, X16 and tax, it was over $500 for just the plugs themselves, to which they told me I'll need to gap them myself (I would do it anyways just to check).

Is this realistic? I remember replacing my sparkplugs on my dodge ram 5.9l for less than $100 in parts. I knew they were going to be pricey, but I didn't expect Xbox level prices for spark plugs.

I see on the official mopar site, even though they have multiple options, if I select even the most expensive ones, they come out to $320 ($80 for 4, X4), which is part number SP143877AB. They say they fit, but just looking for input here, what others have used, etc.

I honestly think either the parts guy was trying to rip me off, or he viewed the $30 4 pack and multiplied that by 16 instead of 4.

EDIT: Sorry I should've clarified, I already know how to replace them, it's just the pricing/finding of the parts that I'm having trouble with. The quote above was for JUST the parts.
