Almost a month after buying Minas Tirith on release, I’ve come to realise that I may have wasted my money. It was a fun build & all that, but compared to Rivendell, The Shire & the Black Pearl, I just don’t feel the same way about Minas Tirith & am considering the idea of selling it.

What do you think would be a decent price? I would be selling it without minifigs (as those are the best part - and may skyrocket in value), but I would sell it with all instruction booklets, full flat-packed box, spare/ leftover pieces in addition to the orc siege tower.
