Does myelofibrosis cause further aggression issues?

My dad had rage issues partly stemming from diabetes and he died of myelofibrosis, after being diagnosed in august. But after a time of peace, he suddenly got much more angrier and violent at the simplest things. It also turns out he had a stroke at some point, but we're not sure when.

But I'm just curious - does myelo cause anger/rage issues?

Because he is dead now, and there's a lot of unresolved stuff.

Reading on here about people becoming more racist post-stroke. Does this happen with silent strokes? Also can the effects of a silent stroke happen before the stroke?

My dad was always very old-fashioned, but in his last years, even thoguh eh said he'd try to be better, he got worse, then he got myelofibrosis, and then it turned out at some point between my mother's death and the myelofibrosis, he had had a silent stroke that was undetected for ages (I'm not sure for how long). Can even silent strokes cause the damage of the pseudobulbar affect?

Also wondering can symptoms like this suddenly manifest before the stroke? Like he was always angry, always had rage problems since childhood, but can they get worse in the months or weeks leading up to the stroke, especially when his wife was dying?

What did we think of the portrayal of Hijras in Monkey Man (and the fact they weren't played by hijras)

I am a trans journalist from Ireland, and I interviewed the actors who played the hijras from Monkey Man. Who were not hijras. One was a cis Indian man (Vipin Sharma), and a few were Malaysian or Indonesian trans women, with a few gay cis guys padding out the gang.
I wanted to see what actual hijras thought of the film, especially as though Patel is British-Asian, he is not an Indian but an Englishman born of Indian ancestry but still very much a Brit. I wondered were hijras disappointed not to see actual desi trans women represent themselves.

Also of depictions in hijras in other (Indian) media. Meet the Kick-Ass Hijras of Monkey Man | Bringing Trans Representation to the Spotlight! - HeadStuff

I would like to do a feature on how actual hijras felt about the film, as a follow-on to my own article.
