I'm really new to the hobby and I was looking at the rarities of cards in these sets. From what I gathered, there are multiple rarities and they're all on the back of the pack, which is fine, but the serialized ones are a little confusing.

Do only certain rarities come with a CHANCE of serialization? Or do those rarities ALWAYS come with serialization?

Is the serialization global? I.e. only 99 made EVER and FOREVER?

Is there a way to know how many have been seen already/pulled/sold?

Did they create serialized cards all the way from the first series?

Somewhat unrelated:

Am I in the wrong place? Jin series? Kayou? Is there a difference?
