Hello! I just graduated college and can finally take the time to take care of myself. College was not very kind to me lol. My face is textured and I’ve gained some weight in the past few years, so I really struggle with what looks good on me. I usually just do foundation, blush, and mascara. I included a few different pics/angles of myself. I would really appreciate any advice!
EDIT:
Thank you all for the very kind words! I do really appreciate them :) I just wanted to answer a lot of general questions:
For my current routine: I use il makiage no filter primer, haus labs foundation, charlotte tilbury concealer, nars orgasm blush, it bye bye pores powder, tarte maneater OR tartelette tubing mascara, a little bronzer sort of all over the place since I don’t have defined areas for it to go, and urban decay all nighter setting spray! My rotation of products hasn’t changed for a few years, so if anyone has recommendations I will gladly try them! I hate the feeling of makeup, so lighter is better for me and I like a natural look over anything.
Skincare/haircare: I use tretinoin and live in humid Texas, so both are very simple. Skinfix barrier+ moisturizer at night with tret every other night, byoma sunscreen everyday. I wash with either youth to the people kale superfoods or la roche posay gentle foaming for normal skin. I only wear makeup maybe once a week, when going out or special events. I would love to do it more as I feel so much more confident and put together Haircare is my most frustrating, I only do some leave in conditioner and let it air dry. It’s wavy/curly, super dense, and super frizzy. Most days I leave it in a ponytail.
