Manager Assessment
For what it’s worth, I’ve been a CEM for 4 years and even though my SM hasn’t mentioned the restructuring, I know it’s coming. For those of you who have been through it, what is the process like? Do you take a questionnaire or does your SM do it? Is it an interview process with your SM and/or is your DM involved? Or does your SM just tell you without any knowledge/consent that you are changing roles? I know these are probably silly questions, but I’m curious about the process.
