Where's a good place to get my grill propane refilled in town where the folks don't seem inconvenienced when I ask. Refill or swap tanks, don't care.

Saw a Korean guy in Texas at World Cup eating the biggest beef rib I've ever seen - are there any places here in Billings where I can find a giant BBQ beef rib that's above the supermarket butcher size (already prepared - I know I can find them somewhere to make myself).
