I’m a 2026 graduate. Even after clearing 5 interview rounds and getting confirmation through a call, I still haven’t received the offer letter :(

I think companies use AI as an excuse to reduce the number of employees and avoid hiring freshers, while giving extra pressure to the remaining employees.

Getting a job is starting to feel like a disaster these days.
