Feels like I have been pushed to a corner

- I’m humble and transparent about my work, normally show ppl and let ppl to review or give feedback, if my work would affect other team I also them them know, but feels like no one else do that. Then my team lead also does know what other s are doing, he basically says: they don’t show me … to get away.
- The current team-lead was recommended by us, and we pushed down another person, for many reasons, but now he does many similar things as the previous stupid lead, want to join ppl’s team meeting to see “what’s happening “ . Made “definition of done” and ask ppl to follow , but doesn’t support any real project…. Expect passing info he doesn’t know
- When I try to suggest some change to reduce micro management from a certain C level, he said everyone get micromanaged under him, he is happy as long as he gets fun projects….
- Should I just try to find another job? Or is there any master of communication or guru of how to not give a shit to give me some advice?
Thanks…..

Management panic too much, then

Management panic over everything
- Competitor releases new features. “We should also do it” Boom! Road map change.
- Management want 27 features in Q3, employees who actually do shit planned 15…Boom, join everyone’s team meeting and ask why, got reasonable answers then decided to give a prep talk about getting our shxt together…
- Big customer about to go live, but they found too many issues was never tested before…boom, management changed road map again to do bug fix only! Also made a long list of definition of done to make everyone in the team to do more work! But it’s one week till Q4 and management haven’t decided what to do in Q 4 yet. Ppl actually do shit only get lots of list about how to do an amazing job, but for what project, which scope, which team does what…. No one knows…. No one knows
