What to do during bouts of frustration?

What do guys usually do? Take a break? Or just carry on regardless of how you feel?

I'm not a complete beginner and I'm mostly following ALG method. I'm not totally convinced of pure ALG so I sometimes practice speaking (and a little bit of reading). I learned the Thai script and correct pronunciation a while ago (but I've mostly put reading and writing to the side for now).

My frustration usually comes when watching ALG input videos. I've never gotten frustrated when using transitional learning methods.

Ant tips?

Are there any simple kids books (with illustrations and Thai script and English) that I can download online that also comes with audio?

Also, where can I buy physical copies with audio (digital)? Amazon? I live in the UK btw

Thai with Grace Beginner Course?

Has anyone here tried it? It's about $80 but it looks like there's a lot of content.

Do you think it's worth it to pay for a course? Sometimes it feels a bit silly because theres so much free content online. Although, I do often feel overwhelmed by what to actually do because there are so many options. Maybe following a course would be suitable for me.

Right now, I'm mostly watching the Comprehenible Thai YouTube videos and also Grace's videos.
