My very first attempt at a berry cheesecake

My very first attempt at a berry cheesecake

Finally decided to try a classic New York style base, and I’m so glad I did. The density is just right. The topping is a quick mixed berry compote with fresh raspberries on top for that extra pop. It was a huge hit at my place!

What is a belief you held with absolute certainty five years ago that you now realize was completely naive?

We often like to think our core values stay rigid, but looking back, it's wild how much a few years of lived experience can quietly rewrite what we thought was unshakeable truth. Whether it's about relationships, career, success, or just how people work what’s something you were 100% sure about that reality eventually dismantled?
