I'm 26F, I want to do alot of activities (paddle, horse back riding, cycling, painting, pottery, gym...)
But I don't have friends in Sfax, so if any girls in this sub are interested, we can be friends and plan an activity for every week :)

I started working at this company as an engineer 1 year ago, we're a small team (7 people including the managers and the engineers) they have another cell abroad that has a bigger team. And since it's my first experience, I'm not sure that the things that happen are normal and can happen in any company or not.
So one of the things that I found really weird, no matter what I say to my manager in our 1:1s, they seem to be convinced that I do nothing and that I have no tasks, unless someone else higher in the hierarchy backs me up.
Another thing, they told me that I should learn and be able to debug everything in a project that some other team had been working on for 2 years because they're leaving the project, it has components like the database, the ui, the ml models, and more (basically it has 7 components, for every one they had 2 people working on each one)
basically I have to maintain each one's pipeline, code, and extend the features if they want any new ones. Apart from that, I have to also work on tasks like benchmarking of tools, and writing technical documents or ppts for the higher ups. as well as coach an intern for their end of study project. Meanwhile, there are people on the team that work only 3 hours a day, but say to the manager that they're working overtime and they want me to cover their work as well.
Also, on my 1:1 my manager always tells me that I don't seem confident enough, and that I have to be smiling and charming on the work meetings.
I don't know what to do anymore.

I don't know what happened, but recently I can't connect to both of the earbuds at the same time, I can only connect to either left one or right one, and this happens on my phone and laptop as well. I tried putting them in the case and pulling them at the same time, I tried to press on them for 10 secs and put them in the case then pull them afterwards and nothing worked...

for context, I live far away from my boyfriend's house (two different cities) but I have family near where he lives, so sometimes on the weekends I can go there and we meet and go on dates.
We have been dating for a year now, and he's really nice and kind. I spoke to his mom on the phone twice and she seemed like a good person too.
But recently she told me that she wants to meet me, so I suggested that we can go on a coffee date us 3, but she insisted on me going to their house.
I want to ask, if this is normal or not? I don't have that much of experience in dating (or with people in general lol) so I wanted to ask you if you had the same thing happen to you? and what was your reaction ? is it normal to go there alone ?
