Anyone for AA ramp knows how many weeks is the intial training for? Heard its 5 weeks some say its 90 days.

Anybody working with UA ever had issues with their work email being locked out?? I have lost access to my outlook email since 2 days and the IT department still has no updates. Wondering if anybody else has faced similar issues.

I recently had a group interview with American Airlines for ramp agent. There were multiple interview groups (probably around 20–25 candidates ) for about 8–9 openings. I’m honestly trying to understand how they make decisions because from the outside it doesn’t seem very clear or consistent. Some candidates who dressed very casually and seemed to have less experience received offers which makes me question how much experience, presentation, or timing actually factor into their decisions. Is their hiring process actually structured or is it more of a number game and people with referrals or connection gets the job?
