Any ~aesthetic~ vegetarian/vegan meals or restaurants?

My partner is vegetarian, and I want to take her to a "nice" place for a date. We've been to the usual recommendations (ie Kindred, Loving Hut, Donna Jean, Tacotarian) but I want to know if there are any either fancy places or (and I'm cringing saying this) instagrammable locations with veggie dishes that are recommended?

The whole restaurant doesn't have to be veggie, just looking for at least 1-2 options.

Clarification on "Stress"

I know that the stress is calculated on a magic secret cocktail of HR/HRV/RR/temp - but I've noticed with my ring if I do any strenuous activity and don't record my HR or an "activity", then not only does the ring record it as stress, but it also underestimates the calories. Does this mean whenever I do anything exercise-like I should be recording it as exercise for accurate charting?

For example, I have to take the stairs several times a day for work, which means at the end of the day my Oura is tracking 7-8 hours of stress minimum and I'm still not meeting my exercise goals because I'm technically in the same place, just going up and down. Is there a way to make this more accurate, or do I just deal with it?

Required APPs?

I'm not sure if this is a California thing, or if providers all throughout the states are seeing this; but I started looking for new jobs recently and every single job I find has the caveat that I will be supervising anywhere from 2 to 8 (!) APPs.

Push come to shove; I don't mind supervising 1 or 2; but 8 is an insane number, and it does worry me that it sounds like these APPs will just be assigned to me (there's no talk of cohesion, or finding providers/APPs who work with the same populations). For example, I do more work with Women's Heath (IUDs/Nexpanons/EMB/etc) but the PA they wanted to pair me with at one job prefers doing joint injections (something I haven't done since residency). There is also no bonus pay or admin time from what I can see.

Are there still jobs hiring out there that let an MD or DO just practice by their lonesome; or is everything a push for APPs now?
