It's clockwork. RSL scores and the other team scores the equalizer less than 10 minutes after.

Also we are now in 6th place in the west as the team continues to fall just as they usually do this time of the year. Come sept RSL will be fighting for a playoff spot. Calling it now.

What is going on with the Royals? This is not the same fire Royals team we saw before the break. Unfortunately the damn world cup break completely killed their momentum. Losing to Denver was a concern. Barely beating a bad Bay FC team AT OUR HOME that we had to rely on a penalty to win just continues that concern. Yes they are scoring goals, but their defense as of late has been questionable as of late. Yes, I know, they are currently in 2nd place in the standings, but that likely will change after the other games are played today. Thoughts? Is anybody else concern as well?

Gozo sold, everybody on here celebrates. Luna could still be sold off and everyone's cool with that. Now on top of that you want Solans to be sold off next right as he's having a breakout season? Like, can we just pump the brakes for a sec. Do you guys just want all our best goal scorers sold? Who's going to score for us than? Do you guys want trophies or record business transaction? because we can't do both here. You guys want to say that's the "reality" of MLS. But here's another reality, we can't compete with the likes of LA, Seattle or Miami if we sell the very few Grade A goal scorers and now we are only left with grade B's or C's.

And I don't want to hear about how $15 million dollars from selling our players will make it so we can buy "better players" because that's a 50-50 hit or miss which usually gets us older players who are at the end of their prime vs already having the proven player/s who are just starting their prime. Another reality is that no star player wants to play for Salt Lake. Even if they come to play for MLS they only want to play for greed big markets like LA or Miami so really we need to do a better job at encouraging our homegrown potential future star young players to want to play here longer and have Salt Lake as their home, because that's about as good as we can do here in such a small market. Not saying RSL needs to hold these kids hostage, but can we treat them better than just a price tag? Hell, as a fan base we should have campaigns of showing how much we love these players and encouraging them to stay each time there's rumors of bigger teams wanting to buy them, instead of just fans on here just encouraging that all our best players need to be sold off to the highest bidder.

Trophies or money? Which is it guys?

Amazing that once this team starts getting positive attention with the national media by saying how the Royal are the real deal and how they are competing for the shield that's when they shit their pants. How is it that they can beat Portland 5-1 but lose to a lesser team 2-1 the following week? Never going to catch up to Washington or even Gotham for the shield if they keep choking these games. Winning only 3 out of their last seven is a major concern. This has not been the same team since after the break. Who was it that told me on this sub that the Royals are stronger and are a better team towards the end of the seasons?, because I'm not seeing that since the break. They are losing way too many games now. Come on Royals, don't pull an RSL and screw this up. Got to at least finish in the top 3. ( preferably in the top 2 )

Another game of us scoring and being up 1-0 only to let the game slip away and having to settle for a draw. Earning just ONE point during the last three games as RSL goes from being a 3rd seed team before the break to now a 5th seed, but just one point shy of falling to a 6th seed. Nothing ever chances. Same old mediocrely year after year as we will be fighting once again for the final playoff spot, with a fan base and FO that will be satisfied for us to be one and done in the playoffs again.

Seems like each time this team gets within 3 points of the top of the table they start losing a game or two. Last night's was a complete choke. It's always embarrassing to get shut out AT HOME by the visiting team. I'm sure I'll just get downvoted for this post and get just a bunch of excuses, but come on, this club has what it takes to be number 1 in the standings if they stop dropping winnable games. Pull it together.

Downvote me all you want, but this is why I never get excited when ever RSL has a strong start to the season and are either near or at the top of the standings early on. Year after year these guys will always find a way to screw it up with their mid season summer meltdowns. ( and no, we can't just keep blaming the refs after every single lost. Got to learn how to play above the adversities or we might just as well close up shop, throw in the towel and move the team to Vegas. ) Regardless, 2026 is looking more and more like yet another no hardware season, but hey, at least the FO will get another big pay check once they sell off all our best goal scorers once again in this never ending rebuild. Like I said, after losing to LA once AGAIN last week.....watch as we fall in the standings and will have to fight for a final playoff spot come "decision day" to than just lose in the first round because we can't win on the road during playoffs anymore just like every year. RSL is in limbo. Nothing ever changes with this club. Year after year of trophy-less seasons and disappointment with fans saying "maybe next year". Big coaching changes needs to be made. Don't care if Pablo has the 2nd best winning record in RSL history, he still hasn't won jack shit. 2009 was a long time ago. Sadly I don't think this club will ever win a MLS cup ever again. I just don't see how we can useless big changes are made.

Yes I know this sub isn't ran by Youtube, but I need a place to rant regardless. So tired of youtube's broken ass algorithm rewarding lazy ( often content thieves ) in which youtube pushing videos done by lazy people who only take mainly tictok clips that isn't theirs and they do some short of "reaction" to it just by sitting on their butts and somehow these undeserving fake ass "creators" can get millions of views for doing basically nothing. Or worst those who do AI slop videos or those who take police bodycam footage and put their "watermark" on it as if they somehow own that video clip because they don't want anybody else doing what they just did. So tired of youtube broken algorithm rewarding dishonest behavior. I work my ass off each week going out and actually record my own shit in a highly search niche from my own camera and all footage is 100% mine and I don't get jack shit in views. The algorithm doesn't reward hard working creators like myself. And I'm tired of it. Is there like some crazy ass voodoo ritual I need to do to get the algorithm to start pushing my hard work videos again like it used to back in the day? It's rhetorical, but still, tired of the bullshit.

Look, I love watching these guys develop and scoring tons of goals just like anyone else on here. But I said it last week and I'll say it again, RSL is going to be screwed once we lose these two ONLY consistent goal scores to the summer transfer window. It feels like since the Miami game RSL has cooled off a lot and we now only have two consistent goal scorers and unfortunately those two guys just happened to be the guys who are very likely leaving us this summer. Imagine not having either Luna or Gozo these last three games. Would have been scoreless vs Portland on May 2nd when each of them scored. Would have still lost in Dallas, but we would have gone scoreless without the late Luna goal that was really about the only highlight of that game. Then last night our only goal would have been the Houston's OWN GOAL. What happened to our other scorers? What happened to guys like Solans who was tearing it up each game just a month ago? I get that both Gozo and Luna are trying to make strong statement for the world cup. but damn it, other players need to step up also. We can't just rely on Luna and Gozo to be our ONLY goal scorers each week. I'm really getting worried that once we lose both of them this summer we are going to really struggle in scoring goals again. Who's going to be the guy ( or guys ) to step it up once we lose Luna and Gozo this summer and be our next consistent goal scorer? Solans?, Olatunji?, anybody?

After being up 2-1 to then piss this series away after by losing the next 3 games in a row is the most Utah sports thing ever. Seriously, our Defense sucks ass. How do we manage to CHOKE two home games? Losing 5-1 in a do or die home game last night was absolutely embarrassing. Dealt with this kind of disappointment from the Jazz over the decades. Sad to now see it starting to happen with the Mammoth now. It's the "Utah way" I guess.

Great comeback during last night's game, but you should never allow the visitors to build up a 3-0 lead in your house. Got to win your home games and now unfortunately these guys are going to have to find a way to win another game in Vegas which will not be an easy task. I'm now worried that "1st quarter whatever the hell that was in game 4" will come back and bite us in the butt later in the series. Hoping for some kind of Mammoth magic in game 5.

I wasn't at the game last night and been wanting to watch the highlights from last night's game. I tried watching it from the NHL's youtube channel but gave up about halfway though it as I was getting hit with a non skippable ads literally EVERY 1 to 2 minutes in their video. No joke, within 7 minutes of their highlight video I had FOUR non skippable ad breaks. I mean, I get it, business want to make money and I'm willing to sit for a few, It every minute was too much. Are there any good youtube channels where I can watch highlights where I don't get interrupted with ads every minute because the greed is real with the NHL's youtube channel.
