For starters, this is not the first step I intend to take, I'm just looking for a backup plan. Long story short, a business is having their building repainted next to my father in laws house, doesn't live there currently, in nursing home. They are using the driveway and have left paint chips on the property and streets/ sidewalks. FILs neighbors have complained to me about them parking in the driveway, cutting his trees and leaving a mess on his property. Have contacted said business last week, no attempts to contact me back. Any help would be great as FILs neighbors are close friends who have reached out to me for help
