kpu btech vs ubc bcs
i'm going to kpu in september for its btech program and was just wondering if it would be better for me to transfer to ubc for computer science?
i'm from surrey, so it always made sense for me to just go to the closest uni, and kpu's btech, from what i've heard, will get me the career i want to go into (something like software development)
but i just began wondering if it's worth it to just transfer to ubc for computer science instead (i know it's REALLY hard to transfer, but let's put that aside for now)
will computer science at ubc do anything for my career that a btech from kpu wont?? i'm also planning to do co-op wherever i go, so that's something
ubc is way more prestigious, and it sounds nice when i say "i did computer science at ubc," but from what i've heard, employers don't care where you went to school
anyway, i'm just a confused teen that needs help. please help.
