is this what a normal arm looks like after donating three times?

okay so today was my third time donating, the first two times i donated went super smooth but this time felt a little different. when the phleb put the needle in it actually stung a little which i thought was weird since the other times i didn’t even feel it go in, she also looked like she was struggling a bit or not completely confident in where she was poking me and even asked if i felt any pinching after she poked me. throughout the entire donating process my arm just felt uncomfortable but not to the point where i felt like i needed to tell someone and the screen said “no flow” about three times. once i finished, a different phleb came to me and took the needle out but while he was doing it he kinda made a comment under his breath and accidentally scratched my arm when he took the needle out (hence the thin little scratch) and i started bleeding more than usual. after he took the needle out and told me to hold the gauze another phleb came and said he’d take over so that phleb left and this one just wrapped my arm and i went on with my day and haven’t looked at my arm until now that i unwrapped it. so im just concerned bc the wound didn’t look as bad as this the other two times so im just wondering if this is normal for the third or if i should be concerned? the first two pics are from today and the last one was taken about 12 hours after my second donation.
