I have been in my current position for over 6 years, officially joined as a paid staff member 2 years ago. As the youth pastor, I recently found out that I am getting paid less than half of what the kids pastor is making. How does this work in your church? Are these two roles comparable? I feel bad even asking this question, but it has been weighing on me. Happy to answer questions if they come up.
