New to this, is it peri?

So I started have back and shoulder pain that eventually moved to chest pain, it wasn’t unbearable but it was definitely there. I attributed it to my job since I have a lot of shoulder pain with it but when it moved to my chest I got concerned and went to a cardiologist. Pain did keep me up at night for the first couple of weeks and heart rate was spiking anytime I got out of bed to like 130 or more. EKG and labs were normal but I have a small pericardial effusion. Doctor decided not to treat for peri? I’m at week 3 of this, most pain is gone and im still have some heart rate spikes but they are getting better. I’m just taking ibprophen. What do you guys think?

Continuous hot flash

I’ve been on .05 estradiol and 100mg progesterone for two years and with in the last month my moods went crazy so we upped it to .075 and progesterone went to 200mg a day. Moods are soooo much better, sleeping better too but now I feel like I’m have a hot flash constantly like no relief, no break and now I’m not sleeping again. Do I give it more time do I need to go up again? My primary doctor prescribed since my gyn wouldn’t and not sure if I need to go back to the dr. It’s getting expensive and insurance does not cover any of it.

Pool Temps in SC

Can anyone in South Carolina tell me what your unheated pool temps are running? We are pool owners in Ohio and it’s been unseasonably cold this month. We leave for Surfside beach Memorial Day weekend for a family vacation and I’m wondering what I can expect the pool temps to be. We can pay to heat our rental if we want, although a little pricey. Thanks!
