Next?

Currently interviewing with Stellantis for a SQE.

Process so far:

Initial recruiter screening

Panel interview with 3 team members

Then a quick 10–12 minutes Final Round with Senior Manager

The final conversation was more casual and high level rather than technical.

For people who have gone through Stellantis hiring process, is this normal? What usually happens next after the Senior Manager discussion, and how long does it typically take to make a decision?

Thank you in Advance.

Panel Interview

Had a 30-minute panel interview with 3 managers recently, but the discussion went longer because of the conversation. They mentioned that after finishing all interviews, only 3–4 candidates will move to the next round to speak with higher-level leadership.

Is that usually considered a positive sign, or pretty standard in Stellantis?
