I got my tooth extracted, bone graft and implant placed about 3 months ago and its been healing good. I noticed a little white bump above the site on my gum. Its tiny and doesn't hurt when I touch it but it does feel like a bump.

Is this concerning? Im about to leave to do fieldwork for 3 weeks and so I cant go to my dentist right away... I hope this is okay?

I had a bone graft & dental implant placed 9 weeks ago on Feb 19th. It healed nicely. No pain or anything. No pieces of bone graft ever came out until now. I looked in the mirror this afternoon and noticed it.

It doesnt hurt or anything and its only this one piece.

Is this something to be concerned about? I hope this isnt signs of bone graft failure. :(
