💰 Payment is due within 2 hours of invoice being sent. Please communicate if you need time.

🌿 I pack with a lot of care.

🌿 Any damage that may occur while in transit is out of my control. This includes any issues you encounter in your care.

🌿 Yellowing, dropped, or broken leaves may occur as these are live plants and may encounter shipping stress. Please have reasonable expectations.

🌿 Imports: some may be recent imports. Before offering a cutting from a recently imported mother plant, they are evaluated for a few things first. I ensure they are not soft/they are of correct firmness for that type of Hoya. They have acclimated to my environment, are not yellowing. They may or may not be pushing roots. If the cutting is overall healthy in appearance it can be offered.

🌿 I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost, damaged, stolen packages, or packages left out being exposed to extreme heat/cold temperatures.
