Triggers: Aphobia and unfounded accusation of child abuse
I just have to vent about a recent aphobe I had a delightful chat with. I had a short conversation in the comment section of some queer meme video, where some "ally" tripled down on the point that you can not be sex repulsed and without trauma. They even suggested that my parents might have abused me when I was a child.
I know that most LGBTQA+ people are better than that, but it really hurts to see others accuse my parents of child abuse for something I cannot change about myself. I really love my family and it hurts so much to see them insulted like that.
And no, don't go out there to find the conversation, don't spread any hate. Don't be a worse person than they are. You don't have to sink that low.
