Installed two different android head unit radios. Both are doing this. Tried different wiring harnesses that came with them. This radio worked for a week and now struggling to power on. Radio fuse in fuse box is fine and so is the fuse in the back of the new head unit. Any ideas what is going on?
Picked this old girl up (2010) this week bc of gas prices. Has 236k on it. Bought it for $300 as it has been sitting for over a year. Brakes all around are being changed out. Has a small dent in the front which I’ll try to pull out. After some tlc with the paint and all the fluids changed, interior detail, registration and yearly insurance I’ll have sub $2k into this.
Are there any known issues with the second gen? Anything maintenance wise it needs at this mileage? I did spark plugs, transmission and oil change, serpentine belt and radiator flush/ coolant change.
