I how do I stop being upsold and just be allowed to create an ad? Why do you insist on hard sales? Why is this whole process bent? I want to delete my ad ASAP, and raise a complaint. I've wasted weeks with different members of your teams trying to flog different sales products, whilst blocking me from posting a simple 'test and learn' ad.

I hate this game.
