My prebuilt has lots of fans

Not that it's blocked, but I cannot mount anything directly on it in a straight line because of the fans. Is there any type of flexible adaptor so I can mount something at an angle?

This is because I was trying to isolate what caused my side effects. It was not minoxidil. Now I'm in just shave it bro territory after 4 months. I started Minoxidil again, will I get back these gains? Or are they gone forever? I didnt realize just how much hair depended on Minoxidil
