How do you actually know you're gay?

Genuine question here, I think I am bi or something, and yes I find men attractive but at like my age, or slightly older ( 30 minus ) , when I turn like 50 or 60 am I supposed to be attracted to grandpa's my age? Like I can't imagine dating someone over 40 because I don't think I will find them attractive.

Will that change?
