I recently bought a new motherboard and i tried to talk with my friends on discodd but it said it didnt detect my mic i tried discord setings windows setings but nothing fixed it does anybody know the solution?!

Whenever I play race from racing experience practice or something like that it works normally.But when I want to play a race and the race is starting and you're waiting for the lights to turn green , my wheel , like I can spin it only a little and it makes a full rotation and the force feedback stops working basically makes it so I can't play the game how do it , fix this pls
