Great news! I love the constant drumbeat of urbanist news from my favorite parts of buffalo ny! Tim (and also Joe) feel this may be a hodgepodge and also, who knows what’s going to be next to what? Good point! And also, Tim (and maybe Joe) is concerned, and he may also be confused and scared, great points all around!
