Looking for a bar that gives off dive bar vibes but with clean enough bathrooms to poop in.

Excitement is filling the air in West Seneca as the ribbon cutting ceremony for Smoker's Paradise vape shop opens today. Located on Union and Seneca across the street from prism smoke shop next to smoke buddies, parallel to Smoker's Haven, down the street from Smoker's hut, adjacent to both 59 cloud and 69 cloud vape stores and in proximity to South gate smokes and liquor.
Gary Dickson, proudly attended the ribbon cutting and made a 37 minutes speech talking about conspiracy theories where he contained him self to only using one slur this time and how this development is another step in economic growth for the region.
When interviewing Smoker's Paradise owner, Chad Baldwin, about the business decision to open a vape shop 20ft from 3 other vape shops he noted that south bound traffic on Union had no available options without making a lefthand turn and who wants to go through all that while high out of their mind on spice.
Channel 69 News will follow up on this story in about a month when they inevitably close down.
Like...who wrote this? It's the wild west out here for job seekers.
I'm so going to get flamed for this but this is my take.
For the record, I live downtown, I love all of our historic buildings- in fact, I'm infatuated with them, and I feel as if way too many have already been torn down. With that being said...
Main Street
The section after Lafayette Square to Church is like Escape from NY. Raze AM&A's and Main Place and plant grass. Thats it. We're doing a disservice to buildings like the Brisbane with this hot mess of a block. You'd immediately add an entirely new vibe and sense of community.
Thats all I got.
UB has taken the parking lot next to SU and is building an AI data center in its place.
There is no place or reason for AI to be on this campus. Nobody wants it. UB is making a huge mistake by creating an artificial intelligence institute. So many other majors and fields are at risk because of the rise of AI, not the mention the environment factors involved.
Project officially broke ground as of today.
"Construction will continue through the first half of 2029."
So Main Street is going to be under construction through the end of the decade.
I am pretty sure that most people who live in Buffalo are sick and tired of the same 4 radio stations (104.1, 103.3, 96.9, 102.1) because they all are owned by cumulus(EDIT: except for 102.1 which is owned by corus). They are littered with the same adverts, always playing the same 10 songs, remove DJs for expressing their political views (yes I am still annoyed by slick tom being fired) and generally lack any genuine energy. I think having a jungle+liquid dnb radio station that features local artists from Buffalo,Toronto,Rochester, etc would be a nice switch up from the mainstream stations that have been ruined by cumulus media.
If you can’t take the heat, take the bus! Speed humps actually put my car back in alignment after the pot holes I just hit
FUCK RESELLERS!!!
.
the lines at Wegmans after work are way too long because of this. did the season get longer or something?
I'm thinking of adding a tool shed while prices are low. I can store tools for now, and in 10 years I'll be able to rent it out as living quarters.
I suggest everyone buy any land you can and learn to grow food. Bonus if you can get well water since the invading hordes will drink all of Lake Erie.
Take advantage of your 2A rights and learn to hunt. If there are no more deer left, you can always hunt Canadian geese, woodchucks, skunks, squirrels, such.
I've been advocating that the city of Buffalo build out water and sewer infrastructure to accommodate at least 5 million more people.
We also need to fund a grid of subways under every major street in Buffalo. It shouldn't cost more than $500 billion for the initial phase, but we need to start NOW.
What are your plans for the apocalypse?
