Personal Information Request - No Emails Received
Has anyone ever requested this and have issues with receiving the e-mail. This is my 3rd attempt trying to download this information
I don't receive confirmation e-mails about the request, and after checking the Playstation website, it will tell me that the information is ready to download and to follow the steps found in the e-mail to download the file. Thing is, I don't receive any e-mail.
I have tried contacting PS Support, provided the information to a live agent as requested: Last 4 digits of linked bank card, recent transaction history, even the serial number of the original Playstation I made the account on (I never got rid of my old consoles). 1 hour later they tell me they can't help me with my request and said I will be escalated to another live agent. I've been waiting for almost an hour now for the next agent to type in the chat - It is the weekend so I expect it to be slow and will probably wait until sometime next week to try and speak with someone again.
In the meantime, I'm asking here if anyone has had the same issues and if they were able to successfully get their download link.
