How can I listen to my headphones all day without damaging my hearing

I'm someone who works from home and sits at a desk for hours at a time working or sitting in meetings while listening to ambient sound or lo-fi music on my headphones. I like doing this because it helps me focus and makes long workdays feel easier to get through. However, I have pretty bad tinnitus (although I don't think it's getting worse) and I have heard that even low volume music can damage your hearing over time. Is there anything I can do to prevent damaging my hearing in the long run? I’m also considering whether it might help to buy smart glasses, rotate between the two. My leader bought dymestic and think it's much more comfortable for all day use than regular headphones. I use Sony XM-6s for most of the day.

I'm working on a few browser-based games and trying to figure out the best tools for generating assets like characters, tilesets, and props. There are so many AI and non-AI options out there right now that it's hard to know where to start. Would love to hear what's actually working for people in their real projects, not just what looks good in demos.
