Does this look bad during the job hunt?

I have a newer job that is not giving the hours they hired me for. If I posted on LinkedIn just highlighting what I do and if anyone knows of any openings to let me know etc (I’m applying like crazy and have been. Been through a few interviews, etc) does that look bad to my current company? HR follows me on LinkedIn. Also, does it look bad to future jobs I have interviewed with but haven’t heard back from yet? Not trying to burn bridges but also need to think about my needs as well.

I had an interview early April then another with a different manager on April 21st. That interview I was told they potentially wanted me to speak with someone else / they’d get with the recruiter on next steps. I hadn’t heard anything so last week I sent the recruiter a follow up email where she said they were wrapping up internal conversations, etc. should I follow up again or leave it? Following up again I wouldn’t want to come off as pushy or annoying.
