It’s being almost one month since I am applying daily in companies from LinkedIn , naukri and indeed but not get call single call. What should you guys advise? If any one had gone through the same situation please let me know , I am so frustrated with the company I am in right now too much micromanaging.
I am facing an issue at my worklife , my senior do lots of micromanagement which doesn’t make sense and I can’t even work properly she wants even my juniors shouldn’t take more than 3 4 hrs on one task and ask me to take updates from them which is mentally making me drain late night work and meeting is becoming normal in my daily life , everyday I feel like I don’t want to work with them . My mind shoutss just leaveeeee I can work I this environment feels like hell … feels like I just stop coming to office what should I do? I even trying applying for jobs from 1 months but got nothing… but I even forget to smile that what had happened in my life every day she is making me work late nights by saying project will start soon even the project is not starting from last 1 year.
