I know this is a long shot, but I figured I'd ask. I have an interview for a seasonal position at the Aspen Art Museum, and I'm having a really hard time finding affordable temporary housing for July through August.

I'm 24 years old and an art curator from Southern California. I'm clean, respectful, quiet, and would be out working most days. I just need a couch, spare room, or anywhere I could stay for about a month while I get settled.

I'm happy to contribute toward rent and utilities, help around the house, cook, clean, or whatever would make the arrangement fair.

Hey! My name’s James Vela (24M), and I’m looking to start a band here in Bakersfield. I used to play in a band in LA called Raccoon Cartoons, but since moving out here I’ve been wanting to start a new project.

Right now I’m thinking about calling it Japanese Salaryman. I’m not locked into any specific genre yet. I mainly just want to make cool music, have fun, and eventually start playing gigs around town.

I’m looking for people who are 21+ with reliable transportation. Multi-instrumentalists are definitely a plus, but mostly I just want to meet creative people who are down to jam and see where things go.
