Hello 33F, based on my x rays would you say its my percentage of bone loss? I know it’s pretty bad

Help! I’ve been told I have 50% bone loss on my bottom teeth but my pockets are 2-4 (except for a 5) . Could that bone loss be from years ago? Also, how long can I keep those teeth with that much bone loss?
