Boiled Backyard Concord Grapes
Help! I picked my backyard Concord grapes, cleaned them, smashed them down in a pot and boiled them then strained out all of the seeds and the skins. I unfortunately left the pot out on the counter without realizing ans it’s now been 21 hours. Looks and smell smells great. Can I just re-boil again and add my sugar to make jelly? Or did I just lose this part of the harvest?
