I’ve got a 2016 F150 with the 3.5 Eco-Boost and it has 215,000 miles. Having some torque converter shudder and wondering if I should get the fluid changed (I’m not gonna flush cause I know that’s not a good thing for this mileage) vs just put some Lubeguard in it and let it go

I’ve got a 2016 Ford F150 with 215,000 miles on it and I’ve got a little bit of a torque converter shudder. Looking for a reputable transmission shop to talk to about it (fluid change vs adding Lubeguard and leaving it be). Not gonna do a transmission flush because that just asks for problems with this high mileage transmission. Thanks in advance.
