Concerts, documentaries, biographies, poetry. I’m looking to compile a good collection. I have the Doors movie from 1991  on DVD - didn’t like it much. Way too exaggerated for my liking. I’d much rather have a concert film or documentary. I’ve also heard not so good things about the “No One Gets Out Here Alive” book. Not really interested in that as it seems to be false recollections.

I’m looking for good quality, faithful representations of the band. I’m thinking of getting, on DVD: When You’re Strange, Live at the Hollywood Bowl, and The Soft Parade, Ray Manzerek’s response to the movie from ‘91. And potentially a 1971 reprint of Jim Morrison’s poetry. Any others?
