Tags obscured for work security purposes, but why does it do this? Index says red means it exists in one project but not the other, but they’re the exact same. On the same rung. In the same routine. Why is it calling them out?

2021 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock. This starts after driving on the highway for 30-45 minutes, and seems to be only related to RPM and not speed, so I don’t think it’s gearing whine. Maybe alternator? Sounds too..electric to be belt whine. What do you guys think? It’s super clear in the first couple seconds of the video.
