Anyone have experience with their parathyroids not coming back? My numbers were steadily going up but have now dropped significantly. I'm starting to worry that they wouldn't ever wake up.

Any good groomers who work well with dramatic dogs? My German Shepard mix is, I would say, above average with training and fine with his paws being manipulated and cleaned. I clean his feet whenever we come into the house.
But! He can tell when I'm trying to clip his nails and he becomes a twisting and turning dramatic mess. I was able to get one paw while running bath water to distract him before he jerked and I got his quick, which is way too long because I just have been so unsuccessful with nail trims. I had to stop cause now I feel so guilty.
Even when I got his quick he doesn't nip or act aggressively, just yelped and tried to run away.
He's always been a fan of the dramatics.
