Cancelled my internet today and am left sitting here shocked.

I am genuinely shocked right now! I had everything ready to settle in for being on hold for hours and being hung up on and disconnected from multiple times. I’m talking drinks, snacks, comfy blanket and entertainment. I couldn’t afford to keep my internet service anymore (life’s kicking my butt right now), and I was seriously dreading the battle I thought this call was going to be.

My total call time was exactly 20mins from dialling to done. Only had to go through the automated menu once, was connected to an agent almost immediately after joining the queue and she was a downright pleasure to speak with. She did the normal confirmations, but not once did she try to negatively pressure me or try to deny me the cancellation.

In a world of bulls11t level tipping for every dumb little thing lately, this is one time I actually wish I could have tipped someone lol! Like seriously, I’ve been with rogers for like 25yrs and this was one of the easiest calls I have ever had with one of their agents. I feel bad that she’s the one that gets the ding against her for a cancelled service.

Open in app keyboard shortcut for sharepoint

I started with a new company that has most of the company using the web based mso apps, but my dept has access to the desktop versions.

I have tried setting my stuff to open in desktop by default but it looks like some admin setting is overriding it.

So I was wondering if anyone knew of a keyboard shortcut to force me clicking on a sharepoint file to open in app. Chrome has where if you press control while you click it will put it in a new tab, so I was hoping there was something like that available.

And yes I've tried linking the files with shortcuts in onedrive but it never seems to sync, it's like it creates my own local copy that it pretends is the sharepoint version.
